Each class may include asana, alignment, small kriyas, breath awareness, pranayama, meditation, and moments of stillness — curated differently each session to support strength, flexibility, grounding, clarity, and inner awareness.
Each class ends with herbal tea and a small moment of social connection.

A deeply calming in-studio sound healing session using vibration, resonance, and guided stillness to help the body soften, the nervous system settle, and the mind return to quiet presence.
