At Dhyana Haus, yoga is taught as a complete inner discipline — not simply as physical exercise. Through asana, pranayama, alignment, drishti, and stillness, the practice refines the body, steadies the breath, and brings clarity to the mind.

Each posture becomes a place of observation. Each breath becomes a guide inward. This is yoga as a living tradition — precise, conscious, and deeply transformative.

Each class may include asana, alignment, small kriyas, breath awareness, pranayama, meditation, and moments of stillness — curated differently each session to support strength, flexibility, grounding, clarity, and inner awareness.

Each class ends with herbal tea and a small moment of social connection.
