A peaceful home between palms and sea

For ten nights, Magnolia Guesthouse will be our home, surrounded by palms, with a private pool and Odayam Beach just 50 metres away. Between yoga, treatments and excursions, it is a peaceful place to rest and settle into the rhythm of the retreat.

Yoga Teacher · Reiki Master · Sound Healer · Spiritual Practitioner

Yoga and spirituality have been part of Kirti’s life from a young age. Having practised yoga since childhood, her journey gradually evolved from a personal practice into a deeper exploration of movement, energy, meditation and spiritual traditions.

She is a trained Ashtanga Yoga teacher, Reiki Master and Sound Healer, bringing these practices together in a grounded and approachable way.

Alongside her spiritual journey, Kirti is also a working professional, allowing her to understand the realities of balancing everyday responsibilities with the need for stillness, self-care and inner connection.

Deepanshu is a trained Ashtanga Yoga teacher with a deep personal interest in pranayama, meditation and spiritual practice.

Alongside his own practice, he is also a working professional and believes that yoga does not need to remain separate from everyday life. His approach is about making ancient practices practical, accessible and relevant to the way we live today.

Together with Kirti, he hosts the retreat and helps create a welcoming space where participants can explore yoga, breathwork and spirituality without pressure or expectation.

With around 15 years of yoga practice, Siva brings extensive experience and a deeply rooted understanding of traditional yogic practices.

Yoga is not simply a personal practice for him — it is his profession and way of life.

During the retreat, Siva will guide selected Yoga sessions and traditional Yogic Kriyas, helping participants explore cleansing practices and deeper dimensions of yoga beyond physical postures.

Thiruvananthapuram International Airport (TRV)

also commonly called Trivandrum International Airport.

It is the closest international airport to Varkala, approximately 55–60 km away.

Airport pickup and drop-off from TRV are included in your retreat package.

We'll coordinate the transfers with you closer to your arrival and departure dates.

No. Flights to and from India are not included in the retreat price. This allows every participant to choose the airline, departure airport and travel dates that work best for them.

We intentionally keep the retreat group relatively small so that the experience remains personal, connected and supportive, rather than feeling like a large commercial retreat.

Rest, Reconnect & Realign

Ease into the retreat with Yoga, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra, followed by Ayurvedic treatments and personal body-alignment sessions. The day closes with a group alignment workshop and quiet evening reflection.
